Hey Everyone! I was the #2 agent in the world with EXP Realty, 4X ICON, I've done around 700 deals and brought in over $1.6 Million in commission in my first 4 years as a realtor doing RENTALS! Let's say if you can average $2000 per deal (like me) and close at least 5 in your first month then you would still make $10,000 that month by just working with renters.

And then if you get a buyer that month it's just an added bonus on top of the rental commissions that you make!

As an example I closed on a $3.4 Million luxury mansion and made about $85,000 in commission and guess where the buyer came from? Yup he was a renter of mine that did very well and decided to buy and of course he used me because of how much I helped him with getting into his rentals (see the pictures below)!

Not only is making $100k a year possible or way more if you work as hard as I did...

But working with renters, is the smartest way to earn commissions in real estate right now, and there's no close second in my opinion!

Here's the crazy part, nobody talks about rentals at all!

For some reason most agents look down on rentals and go after the big commissions through buyers and sellers.

Everyone teaches you how to work with buyers and sellers but what about the renters?

What happens when you can't get a buyer or seller or they don't want to work with you because you don't have the experience built up yet?

You start with the RENTERS! You can have a successful real estate business working with just tenants and leases and eventually build up into working with buyers and sellers!

In my experience working with renters is less time consuming then working with buyers or sellers.

Personally, I can close multiple rental deals in the same time it takes to close 1 purchase.

I did a trial run for the first 3 months when I decided to coach agents and helped over 50 agents all over the country learn how to work with renters (see some of their testimonials at the bottom of the site).

They got such incredible results that I decided to turn my 1 on 1's into this entire coaching program!

I've also had agents start doing real estate part-time and then they started doing so well working with renters that they were able to quit their 9-5 job and their now doing real estate full time!
